Women's Health & Fitness Day Feb 2019
This event is aimed at women who participate in sport from a social runner to someone who competes on a regular basis. As we get older how we excercise, how often and how we fuel and maintain the body to excercise changes.
This day provides the opportunity to learn and experience ways to ensure you enjoy sports & physical activities for many years to come.
